FINISHING GRINDING WHEELS AND BELTS

Depressed Center Wheels

Type 27 depressed center wheels are made for angle grinding applications including weld grinding, beveling, snagging and other surface preparations jobs requiring moderate to heavy stock removal.  Wheels are 1/4" thick, with 3 full diameter high tensile fiberglass reinforcements for maximum safety. Specialty wheels are formulated to offer extremely fast grinding action while improving life over conventional grinding wheels at the same time.

Flap Discs

Flap Discs are constructed with many layers of abrasive cloth.  As the disc wears away, exposing the layer below with a fresh, sharp abrasive grain.  This results in consistent stock removal rates, and allows for use of the entire disc.  A singe flap disc can perform the work of 15 to 20 resin fiber discs. Excellent for use on stainless and carbon steel, and resist loading on aluminum.

Plugs and Cones

Foundry formulated for maximum material removal and long life. For grinding and snagging in hard to reach places. Ideal on ferrous castings and weldments where heavy stock removal is required.

Cut Off Wheels

Cutoff wheels are designed for cutting barstock, runner systems, gates and risers of cast parts and investment castings.

Carbide Burrs

Carbide burrs feature precision ground flutes. These flutes are manufactured on five axis CNC fluting machines resulting in precise control of tool geometry. This eliminates chatter and premature wear. Excellent in hard-to-reach areas or confined spaces. Ideal for shaping and enlarging holes, removing welds and smoothing castings.

Cup Wheels

Ideal for rough grinding or snagging work on metal, stainless and cast iron.
