Remag® nodulariser contains carefully balanced levels of Rare Earth metals and is designed to provide high nodule counts and minimal chill in thin section ductile iron. In conjunction with Elkem’s extensive range of inoculants, excellent casting properties may be readily achieved in thin casting sections where conventional alloys may fail. The lower levels of magnesium, coupled with elevated levels of Rare Earth, give a high recovery of active elements and minimal reaction violence.
