Continuous Sand Mixer
TOM-Series continuous sand mixers are high-speed mixers which require little floor space due to their small floor imprint made of heavy gauge steel, resulting in efficient and economical operation. Swivel bases and rear hinged chamber doors that can be opened without specialized tools, result in safe and easy operator access for cleaning and maintenance. The mixing chamber features an alloy steel drive shaft equipped with tungsten-carbide faced mixing blades. The drive motor is directly connected to the drive shaft, eliminating the need for external belts or gears. Slip fit chemical nozzles with air jet assistance, easy calibration and hold down bracket are included. We have a mixer to fit any operation ranging from 50 lbs per minute up to 4200 lbs per minute.
